Since 2008, Benjamin has helped companies to understand the complex and fragmented social media environment in East Asia, with a focus on using social data to understand consumers and build trusted brand stories.
Benjamin has worked with clients across industries, including Lincoln, Unilever, SAP, Danone, and Yanjing beer. He holds BAs in Chinese Studies and Political Science from Oberlin College, and an MBA from INSEAD.
