He has completely revamped the existing online business model in early 2015 improving efficiency and setting up a structure able to bridge ecommerce to a seamless integration with retail channel. He envisions digital as an ecosystem of features and services to enrich customer journey and improve conversion. He is experimenting new technologies to support brand experience and drive sales.
He was responsible for ecommerce integration project for Moleskine in Italy managing processes and roadmap for the worldwide platform (EMEA,US).
Beforehand, he lead and won pitch initiatives for many teleco and fashion brands, as digital consultant for about 5 years, experimenting a broad spectrum of digital solutions.
